RMT youth video – loving music hating racism

25 Mar 2009, By

I received this video from one of the young development workers (Jen York) from the RMT. Jen was one of the participants on the TUC course ‘Lights, camera, action’ (which teaches organisers how to make short films for youtube – film/edit etc) and this is the first film that she has produced (using windows movie maker – her union agreed to buy a mac and software for the project – super duper).  Jen says that she uses film to talk to those who find reading difficult and also to reach out the younger members. Check this film out, it teaches hip hop to young members as part of a wider message about loving music and hating racism
