TUC 60 second ad contest – 2011 – launched today

Well its been a while since I have blogged on stronger unions, I am pleased to be back today and for the next few weeks to promote the above competition. The contest that encourages the making of tv-style ads for promotions on the web… here it goes….. 

Now in its third year the TUC Sixty second ad contest provides an opportunity for amateur and professional film makers to produce a one minute advertisement that could be seen at major labour movement events in the UK and around the world. This year’s theme is the impact of the spending cuts and the deadline is 14 March, to allow the winning entries to be shown on the big screens in Hyde Park at the March for the Alternative Rally.
